Ricky's first show! I know I am drawing him a lot but don't worry I haven't forgotten about my other horses, they'll be drawn soon. (Especially the ponies :3)

for the VVEE Winter Event

Discipline: Endurance

Story:

Erica felt Ricky beneath her, the stallion raring to go.. as usual. Erica let out a small chuckle as Ricky pawed the ground eager to get going. Thankfully it was time to go, all Erica had to do was let out a small cluck and the horse took off. Erica smiled, letting the young Obertaurer stallion have his fun at the start, it would be a long ride so she'll rein him in later. Although the past few weeks Erica had learnt a lot about the horse through countless hours of training and schooling, the main thing she learnt being he almost never ran out of energy!

The pair raced through the course, fields dotted with small piles of snow from a previous days snowfall. Mountains encircling the area loomed over her and her horse. Ricky moved powerfully beneath her, happy to gallop so openly, trailers and transportation had kept him contained much too long. With another laugh and a shake of her head Erica gently put pressure on the ring
"Alright boy, we should slow down" she said, reluctantly her mount slowed from the flat out gallop to a more contained slow gallop. "-.- Close enough" the girl said, he red cloak flapping in the wind, letting the bitter cold air hit her. Air that told her it would probably snow soon. The girl took her hand and grabbed the cloak, stopping its flapping and tucked it back around her.
"Thats better, alright, off we go!"
