There is something so expressive about that posing and top it off with a stormy rainy scene! I really like how you made the character pop with colour stading out from the muted background!

I love the colors. the shading is really striking, and pretty much flawless. I love the subtlety of the white shading. how it isn't just like... LINES of white. It's very natural, and luminescent.
Also, the musculature is AMAZING. omg, wow. It really looks like if you reached out to touch him, you could really feel the bumps and 'squish' of everything thats underneath his skin. Like it would really be there.
I love the background. how everything is slightly out of focus, but looks completely intentional. (instead of like you were just covering it up) It genuinely looks dark, and cold. Like a real stormy night.
I think my favorite thing though, has to be his eyes. the reflections and depth is just incredible. they look so alive!

One thing that looks slightly off to me, (but don't take my word for it, I only draw humans, and pretty much have no clue of feline anatomy besides my housecats running around) But... the angle on his upper left paw and leg, just.... don't look quite right to me. His left paw is closer to the 'audience' but looks smaller than his right..... To me that just makes it look slightly out of proportion.

But other than that, (and I had to stare at it a LONG time, before my brain saw that) I really really love this.
and overall, everything FEELS right. you captured the pose, and the emotion incredibly well.
