Elf Christmas wish list project - 3rd delivery.

Honestly, I am sure I saw this somewhere posted as a wish, but I cant REMEMBER it - I browsed like crazy on DA, but it was a fruitless search. Sorry!
So lets make this a Sailor Moon picture for anyone who wished to receive one.

I stored this picture for few weeks in my sketch book, but delayed and delayed, because usually when I draw SeiyaxUsagi together (especially in their sailor costumes) it takes me ages to finish them. Their dresses are super hard (considering the different styles, composition on paper with both...etc.) It ends up as no fun at all, so I rebelled!

Who said I cant experiment with the colors? Who said it has to be inked proper clean motive? Its Sailor Moon! ANYTHING is possible!
