Beautiful colour scheme and atmosphere! Some constructive criticism though....Houndoom's dog-like proportions are a little off, I don't know if you were shooting for realism or not but maybe use a wolf/dog reference next time? If not the original houndoom I'm pretty sure is quite well proportioned so you could use that too. Keep up the brilliant work!

I really love the atmosphere here. And the mixture of colors in combination with the lighting. 
That's just so mysterious. And Houndoom definitely looks badass
But there's sometihing weird about the anatomy of it's rear part of the body... I can't really make up what it is though.
It's something with the belly and the legs...  No idea Still looks really cool!
