So amny awesome things here...but I'm going to comment on something a bit more arcane: I love the Chinese symbols of Death on Elektra's costume! Total coolness.

I agree with all those who have asked about the hair... Electra has always had dark hair. Part of the whole "dark, dangerous, gritty" thing Daredevil has always had going on. It is also horribly distracting because it just doesn't suite the character, so I really wish it was dark instead.
Moving on from my geekiness, AH! It is so COOL!

There are some parts I like and some I don't. His eyes are too low on his face and hers are too high so it makes her nose look a lot longer than it should be.
Someone stated it before too, but Electra's hair is indeed dark, she's not a blonde.
The shading on her hips is too flat- where there's a lot of contrast and great shading in other parts of the piece, her hips and stomach area has hardly any shading at all so it makes it look like she has no shape at all. Also, I'd say her left shoulder, of the arm wrapped around him is a little too low. She's not tilting her body enough (as her hips would be shifting more out the other direction) to make her shoulder that low, and since she is raising it, it should be higher anyways since that's what the shoulder does naturally.
The contrasting color against his suit, with the bluish white is hardly reflecting off her at all- there's a little on her lower half, but none on the top, but there ought to be something... as it would be the same light shining on her as well, and from what I can tell, I'm sure Electra wore vinyl too, since the comic has her suits shiny like typical superhero stuff... xDD
Other than that, the shading is great, I love their faces and all the folds in his suit are amazing! Her hair is nicely done as well and her eyes are very realistic. Some people can't pull off eyes well, but you did a good job.
Nice picture over all, just needs some tweaking and I agree it'll be phenomenal.
