For the longest time I didn't know what her name was, so I called her Patience. Then I found a story on the site, where her name was revealed. I guess she was under someone's control and was made to forget? I don't remember.
I have heard Cylene too, somewhere, but of the two I like Zephyrne better. I still prefer Patience, but eh, what can you do?

Sorry-- I worked 60 - 80 hour weeks for a year on a Neopets game for PSP. They are now part of my genetic structure, kind of like in The Fly.
The concept is pretty strange on the face of it. Sometimes they are portrayed as normal animals, other times as some sort of anthropomorphic slave race. The game took it one step further by taking the Neopets' pets, called 'petpets,' which were until that point strictly animals, and making them into a little anthropomorphic society...
So far the petpets' pets (petpetpets), are strictly animals. No, I'm not making any of this up.
But they do have some talented artists and designers over there.

The ears alone told me that this was an inhabitant of Neopia.
I abandoned that website because it was too difficult & too complicated. I also understand it is part of the Scientology effort to enslave people to their cult.
The magazine is no longer published. Because of the undue difficulty of finding ANYTHING pertaining to Neopia, I was not hesitant to just ditch the website, even tho I had an account...

Oh yes, the website is or was horribly designed. I would be surprised if it isn't losing market share to sites like Puzzle Pirates and Free Realms that are easier and more fun to navigate.
While I have heard rumors concerning scientology at the company, I must say that I've seen no evidence that it has affected the site's content.

Zephyrne is a zafara, a kangaroo-like species of Neopian, BUT she is beautiful. A bloomaroo has a rather droll face and does not, on that account, look dignified or beautiful, just amusing. Indeed the king of Roo Island not only looks droll, but even acts droll. Just how many enemies can be persuaded to play games with him to decide the outcome of a war ??
