Occupation: Princess of Shotkyar and head of the House Brisling’s jewelry business.

Short History: The respected and scandalized House Brising, due to the fact their greatest patriarchs, 4 brothers (Alfrik, Berling, Dvalin and Grer) were the legendary creators of the necklace, Brisingamen, which was given to the goddess of love, beauty and war, Freya. Of course if you’ve heard the legend, then you know it was in exchange for a night of passion for each brother with the goddess. The only thing most haven’t heard from this legend is that the goddess became pregnant from the union. The child, Durin was left in the care of all 4 brothers since it couldn’t be determined who the father was and although Freya hated the brothers because of the deal, she loved her child and blessed him with skills as an artisan that surpassed all his fathers’. He also had talents in the art of magic and became one of the first Dwarven mages in history and King of Shotkyar.

Sybille is Durin’s great-great granddaughter and he became the greatest Paragon of the Brising bloodline. Like her ancestor, she’s a skilled jewelry maker and a highly powerful mage. She was born in Shotkyar, but as recently moved to Kirkwall to meet with First Enchanter Orsino about the prejudice of mages and to meet the Champion of Kirkwall to ask her help on her quest.

She also meet Varric Tethras and sparks fly!!! At least for Varric!

Sybille is NOT A EASY WOMAN TO WOO!! But she can't stop stare at his chest.
