This has been laying about in my drawer for a good long while. Along with my Yugioh cards, wahMakai Kingdom had plenty of short people, and others turned into books. The freakin' badass ones anyway. :c

I didn't like how the enemy units would move one-by-one during their turn. That was the biggest method of time consumption in the whole game, moreso even that training levels. :/

There really wasn't another way to do it, otherwise you'd run into a lot of trouble with units moving into other units or such things.
'Sides, that's just more cue to kill 'em.

Which is why when they made the strange decision to go for full roaming on an SRPG, they should've made it Real Time.

Real time would be entirely unfair, though, and it would really remove a lot of the strategy and other things in NIS games (combo, area of attack, etc).
It'd make a decent novelty, but eh.
