Got a tablet, this was made to both get the idea out of my mind and to get used to the tablet.Not a refined drawing, but it was fun.
That's Hermaeus Mora, a Daedric Prince from the Elder Scrolls. Twilight is reading a Black Book, from the Dragonborn DLC. When you read them you get sent to Apocrypha, his realm, where knowledge gets stored.

How common are these Black Books?

I have like 7 or 8 of them. Just explore Nord barrows and Dwemer ruins on Solstheim, and most of the time you'll find one. Just be ready to fight a Dragon Priest first if you're gonna explore barrows. I'd suggest Kolbjorn Barrow, it has a fun (but somewhat dragged-out and expensive) quest. My only beef with the Black Books is that you can't store them in bookshelves.
