Got a tablet, this was made to both get the idea out of my mind and to get used to the tablet.Not a refined drawing, but it was fun.
That's Hermaeus Mora, a Daedric Prince from the Elder Scrolls. Twilight is reading a Black Book, from the Dragonborn DLC. When you read them you get sent to Apocrypha, his realm, where knowledge gets stored.

Really? I would say he looks like Yog-Sothoth, lurker at the threshold, the gatekeeper, but that's my opinion.

This will obviously end in Twilight and co. using the Elements of Harmony to turn Hermaeus Mora into a breakfast pastry or something. Then Twilight would take over Apocrypha and turn it into the new Ponyville Library.

The first time I went to Apocrypha, I thought "Wow, this is like evil Twilight's dream realm" then I proceeded to over encumber myself with all those books... stupid knowledge, being heavy and such.

This is true. I couldn't see too many other of the daedric princes pairing up with anyone else. Maybe Meridia and Celestia, perhaps. Luna would probably attract the attention of Nocturnal, Azura, and Vaermina just because of who and what she is (although Azura might just say hi to Twilight just for irony's sake).

Never played the game. But I wonder how she got the book. Celestia must got it in one of her mysterious journeys in the past in the other countries of the world. Just a possibility.

You know, I'm surprised I didn't think of this when I was playing Dragonborn. Something tells me Twilight wouldn't entirely reject the idea of being stuck in Apocrypha for a while.
Anyway! This is awesome! MLP and The Elder Scrolls are already pretty great, so seeing them together is double fun. But, man, I love the look and feel of this. It's really just....cool! The lighting is nice.
Also, congrats on being featured in the EqD drawfriend! S'how I got here. I dig your style, though. Gonna go ahead and add ya to my watch list.
