For Tim (~the-anime-hero12 ) because we talked about this last night (believe it or not, on XBox Live chat!)

This is a PhotoPass shot from when I went to see Aurora on February 16th at the French Showcase. She either asked me if I'd seen or fought a dragon, and it became a moment where Disney wisdom took over and resulted in me saying something I didn't know I had it in me to say.

One thing that came from delaying my second College Program session to help my sister was that I remembered how much I respected people who were terrific at what they did but were equally as, if not more, devoted to being there for their families. And so I found myself saying, "Even if I'd defeated a dragon, I don't know if that would prove I'm strong. What would is if I'd been there for my family and friends when they need me."

Aurora's face lit up. She simply answered, "And you always have!" and then gave me a hug. The way she said it and the way she looks here, I sometimes wonder if she was hoping and waiting for me to say that. At that moment, I felt very thankful that she and the others had helped me pass two tests - one being coming back and doing it the right way even after having to delay it and the other being that conversation, which was, if not a test of it, an opportunity to prove that facing that added challenge had indeed taught me something.
