For and in cooperation withI picked back up this past Saturday when I went to Akershus for a late celebration - the four-year anniversary of Belle, Aurora, Cinderella, Ariel and Snow White befriending me there when I went there for the first time in May 2009. In light of that, I bought thank-you cards and a batch of white carnations to pass out, which explains what we're holding in the photo. She asked for the sheet so she could look at what Nicole had picked as her quote:
Hope is the greatest of gifts we'll receive.

Not as much of her in the ballgown as I'd like, I admit. Nothing at all against Rapunzel, but I wish I could meet Belle in her ballgown and talk to her a bit more like I used to as well.

(Grins) I like that you noticed that I do love wearing those, especially to the parks! And it was a very special occasion, so I did want to dress up a little. On that subject, I think I'll try to make that a habit - wearing button-down dress shirts to character meals.

Seriously? Oh, that's being too kind. But I have liked polos since I first arrived since they're versatile. They're classy enough that I can go to dinner or look a little better for a greeting...or even go to an event where I need to be within Disney Look and just tuck it in and add a belt, and yet it's also comfortable and works well in Florida weather. (Note: I highly recommend wearing an undershirt underneath - it changes a lot.)

I've sort of been turned off of polos/dress shirts that resemble them since that's what I had to wear every day of high school
unfortunately we weren't allowed to wear another shirt underneath
But you're right, they are very versatile

I understand. I'm lucky enough that I haven't had to wear a school uniform...
To put things in perspective, there was one time where I wore a tucked-in polo with a belt during Once Upon A Time Is Now and then simply untucked it when I visited as a guest after we were done.

I actually met her twice that day and decided one meeting would be just for my business and one would bring the project into play. And it really is a great alternate style, isn't it?
By the way, the flowers and cards were the least I could do.
