Yup. Gaster Bastard was causing too much trouble, so, Sanzter went to some specific AU's and asked for some sort of sealing thing, knowing Gaster would break out easily if he sealed him into any other monster, he decided that he'd take on that burden. So, Sanzter had then sealed Gaster Bastard deep within himself to prevent him from hurting more in the physical world.
