First off, the name Sniper sounds aamzing.
And secondly, I really enjoy admiring your ref sheets such as this one. What I find the most enjoyable is how you place the tack in the picture, it gives the other person the option to "imagine" what the tack would look like on the horse without actually having to cover the horse's beauty. So great work on that!
And for the pose and color, very well done on that as well. Very realistic and truly a piece you should be very proud of.
