Well, I don't know know how good it is on a perfection basis, but it's WAAAYYY better than mine were!

there is no feeling of weight (up and down body movement) ...but this is typical of 3d animation

I don't know if you've noticed, but there is a bounce in the toes when the foot fall completes (most easily seen in the side profile). I'm no pro at anyof this I'm telling you what I see and maybe it can help you on the path to perfection.
It seems like the turn of the hips precedes the motion of the legs, like the hip is the cause and the leg is the effect instead of the other way around. There's also a lack of the natural up and down bob we have when we walk. There IS the sway and the head moves, but the bobbing of a natural body is caused by the rise and fall of the hips as the legs stretch. I wish I had access to the data of a study I was a part of that was all about body motion while walking, that professor took some incredibly detailed measurements of about 300 people. One of the other things I noticed that her speed is perfectly even. As we walk, our body's speed varies in a regular cycle because we're not moving forward, we're moving in a tiny arc with every step. So as the angular momentum of the body adjusts from forwards to down, our body slows just ever so slightly. This applies to any type of footwear we wear as well. Now on the subject of footwear, her leg motion is pretty good, you might consider keeping her ankles straight since those type of boots don't normally allow for ankle movement. Then funny thing about them, is they force women to trot to be able to walk. It creates small hip motions, small steps, the upper body stays a little more still and the knees only bend to keep the leg perfectly perpendicular to the ground.
I think the animation looks good, if you want to see some good breakdowns of how humans walk, look up DCI marching bands on youtube.

If I may, the foot is leaving the ground to early when the other one is hitting the ground. Just saying.

hehe... thank you for the feedback, but wouldnt it be handier and smarter if you want to leave feedback to do so on the last attempt instead of this one ? just saying

no need to apologize.. just giving feedback on your feedback.. most artist grow over a period of time.. which means pictures get outdated too cause of that.. so giving feedback on older pieces is just not really helpful.. thats all..

This is beautiful. The rendering of the character and environment are so lifelike it's easy to forget it's animation, which highlight the small imperfections in her gait. It's so close to perfect it's a bit scary! are you using motion capture data or imagining the movement from observation?
Thank you for sharing this wonderful work in progress - and good luck with reaching your goal!

well its all practice.. the whole idea is to show off the progress on how i evolve in making walk cycles.. to bad people think its funny to make fun of all the hard work.. but i guess its all part of human simplicity..

Oh but don't take me wrong! I'm not intentionally making fun of your art - hell, you made this and I didn't so I'd have no right to <3

^__^ Great! I see lots of new things this time around! I think her gait has turned into more of a bicycle pedal drive motion this time around though, but keep it up!

Watch her feet!
There is a moment in which this beautiful girl is floating and should have both feet planted on the ground, it seems that instead of walking was playing to hop! XD (and excuse my bad english)
