Sometimes I get frustrated when people take pretty character (usually anime) and then slosh some blood on top and call it 'horror'. But in this case, it seems to strangely work: creating a very eerie and clashing piece that makes me wonder whether this is a parodie on a harmless little angel-like character or a serious artwork. XD I like it how you've made majority of her body, hair, and face so soft and glowing that it still retains her almost innocent look, but those bloodied, twisted cold hands, and the cyberdemon elements on the leg, the pipes on the arm and stomach really break that image.
The fact that your shading and solidity in this piece is so smooth and accurate makes it even more so scary, especially with all the corpses on the floor, Nice touch with the black, stitched wings as well. :3
The only crit I could possibly say is that of her back foot. That pose is one I like to call a 'horrible stuck' because the back foot is always hard to place and seem solid. Although you've hidden the problem with your accurate rendering, it still seems to stick out to me. Or maybe it just seems a little strange. I would have suggested turning the ball of the foot more towards the viewer to avoid such a twisted pose. Though, I guess it somewhat fits the eerieness of the image. ^^"
Otherwise, incredible, the subtleties in this painting are really nicely put together. Wonderful parodic combination between Tinkerbell and Doom. :3

I still play it every now and then. I love the eerie feel the game has. And it actually does so while having a good amount of color (all shooters these days look brown or monochrome).
