Description

Humantis are an insect species bred by mankind out of scientific curiosity. Created from years of experimentation, these bugs are on average 8 inches from antenna to foot or tail tip (or 20.32cm). They typically weigh 6 to 8 ounces (170.10 to 226.80 grams)

The product was a tall humanoid bug species with four arms: 2 human-like arms with 3 fingered hands with single opposable thumbs each and 2 more mantis-like arms on the back of the body. They can also be characterized by their scorpion-like tails that have a stinger on the end and strong back legs.
They are a highly adaptive and versatile species. Often sold as pets, some escape into the wild, where they excel in almost any environment. The unusual thing is how human-like they act, almost always being found in groups and sometimes being seen hunting for sport. Some of the more observed ones even have the abilities to create tools from nature.

Each Humantis is different from each other, and no Humantis is rarer than another. With the exception of mutations. Features not typically found on bugs have been seen on humantis. For example, having feathers would count as a mutation.
