EDIT 2 (4.24.2020): The creator of this character has his name is Changed! The reference has now been updated to reflect the name change. The design though, will remain the same.

This is for after he wanted me to draw a Mobian version of his character Carter. We've talked a lot about the friendship with Carter that might come along in Noah's story and I think I let him use Noah's attire design to be use for Carter! I decided to go for some red and shades of gray to make it fitting while also to make his refs fit well from his human side.

I kinda rushed XD. Tho I did my part XD. Hope you liked it!

EDIT: Also, in case you're wondering, the Mobian version of Carter is a cat. Yep! A kitty! :3
