Description

A sinister area of Forbidden Swamp, the dangerous part of Dragonfly Falls. Skeletons of unfortunate creature rest here, providing passge for those who need to walk across the boggy swamp. A Bulb Spider hides here, waiting for prey to draw near as well as the Jupiter Dragon Trap.

I like the concept. One who is unfamiliar of the place can find the skeletons intimidating, without even noticing that the plant is the real danger.
Well that's the sense I get from it ^ ^;
But it's still one of those scary yet beautiful places.

I imagine the Fire Plant and the Bulb Spider seem to have a competition goin' on here. I mean, *look*, they're in the same general area!

Indeed they are. But I wasn't thinking of a competition, enemies are usually in one area but don't attack each other unless they want to.

Heh. I can imagine a reason why they'd attack each other...
(Don't mind any OOCness; it's the best way I thought it could work.)
*Spyro and Cynder are walking back through the Forbidden Cavern after a skydive. Their parachutes got caught in some trees, so they had to get rid of their Jumparmors to get free, even though Cynder could use her tailblade. When they least expect it...*
Bulb Spider and Fire Plant: GALUMP!
*Both dragons are swallowed in one fell swoop. Spyro, by not-so-sheer luck, was taken by the Fire Plant, while Cynder got eaten by the Bulb Spider. They haven't been digested yet.
Spyro: Hey! DO YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU JUST ATE?!
Cynder: Spit me out or I'll gut you.
*The following are telepathic lines and are not spoken in any shape or form.*
B.Spider: I wanted the purple one!
Fire Plant: Do you think I had time to look?! The place is pitch black!
B.Spider: Well, I at least wanted the other guy, i.e you, to get itself killed so I can feast on his bones in peace.
*The Fire Plant is obviously offended by that little comment.*
Fire Plant: Okay, buddy, you asked for it!
*The Fire Plant attacks the Bulb Spider. It survives the attack and is about to counter with one of its own... when a certain tailblade cuts the poor thing's brain, if any, in two.*
Fire Plant: He should've thought before he ate 'er.
*The Fire Plant internally combusts soon after. This may have killed Spyro, but he remains alive, although he's gained some burns from the flames. Both Spyro and Cynder crawl out of their respective "predator"'s corpse, and resolve to pretend this incident didn't happen.*

Actually, the Bulb Spider can't eat a young dragon whole. A Fire Plant can, since a yellow one is seen eating Spyro in A Hero's Tail as an instant death.

Spider's too small, eh? I'll take note of that!

They're size is shown in ANB, in the Swamp level. They're a little bigger than Spyro.

But not big enough for them to become dragon predators.

Predators for other small creatures though. :3

Of course, that was for entertainment purposes. Kinda like skydiving Dragons. They don't exactly work out but it's for entertainment purposes.

I wonder what kind of skeletons they were before? I mean they were alive...

I wish I could draw the background this well like you and the artist do, but I kinda suck at them...

They're just skeletons. There are yellow lights placed in the eye sockets so the animalistic locals can see the way and light up the bog a little.

Yeah, it's all part of being a Game Artist.

Are those skeletons actually alive?

Nah, they're eyes are just glowing due to the yellow lights placed in the skeleton's eye sockets by the animalistic locals.

Okay. By the way, I'm glad you decided to create a place for the dragonflies to relocate before Malefor raised the Wall of Fire.

Yeah, thought I get out of my chest. Also, Dragonfly Falls was a nice place in AHT, but no dragoflies were seen living there. So I decided to revamp it to the LoS universe where the dragonflies actually live there.
