The current design stages of Skylanders Cynder. Her chest scales have been less noticeable starting in 2013 and onwards. The images above are from in-game screenshots of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, Imagiantors, and from the Skylanders Academy TV spin-off.

i like the netflix version of skylander cynder more than the game version and also goes for spyro skylanders academy spyro is alot better than the game version

They honestly made a MASSIVE change in the game models. I'm very impressed.

Oh geez... her wings are really misplaced in the Academy version. They're too far down her back lol - they should be just behind her shoulders, but not placed directly above them.

I love cynder in all her forms- but I gotta admit, even though I dislike Skylanders now, I love her original 2011-12 skylanders form. When I used to play it she was my main gal! Her chest scale design was a very nice, feminine touch <3 And the stripes behind her eyes make her look quite badass.

Yes, I do agree that her wings are awkwardly placed but there's no need to comment 'WTFF!!' when you could've just maturely said something about her design flaw.

Her wings are placed in the exact same position as Spyro's are, though.
And the positioning makes sense for aerodynamics (not that that matters much in these cartoons)

She looks great in all the versions I've seen, from "Legend Of Spyro" to today.
I'm looking forward to seeing her on the show.
(BTW, I have 3 different versions of her in Skylanders figures.)

All of Cynder's looks are both fierce and cute, well, except for her Academy one, she looks more cute than anything to be toiled with honestly.
I think it was nice of them to slightly base her design off her DotD form, too. Although I do wish that she still had her lower eye markings and eyeliner or whatever that was.
