Commission done for of their vampire characters, Elspeth and Constantin. While Constantin is usually the strong and quiet type, there are some things that even get to him. (For any questions about the characters, send a note to ) .

This one was fun to do for many reasons, not least the Gothic details in the windows (I love Gothic architecture ) A lot of reference photos went into this commission, but I think everything came together alright. Their costumes are my own design, though I was given plenty of style reference to go on, so I can't take too much credit. Mainly I wanted what they were wearing to fit generally into a Gothic (or Gothic-Revival) castle setting, without being too specific historically. That and the lighting were probably the trickiest. I'm not sure exactly what the main light source is because it didn't end up in the final. Probably a hanging lamp of some kind. It just didn't fit in the composition, so it's unseen.
