I know. I think, apart from Frodo, you sympathize with Pippin the most. He's out of his element and it takes him the longest to be comfortable in his new, forced-to-be-a-warrior skin.

Pretty much XD Sam seems to trust his instincts enough, and he just does what needs to be done, without stopping to think about it. And Merry rolls with the punches, because he has Pippin to worry about. I love Pip, he's so precious!
