Well, Team Pecha failed miserably in THEIR mission to recruit the Sneasels, and they suck at persuasion, so it makes sense they would fail miserably here too.

Waaaait a second...Now that I think about it, Team Azure was depicted as failing Mission 3, and Team Pecha succeeded in that one...it's almost like...
Ah, who cares? This is one of the more cutely rendered versions of Team Pecha cameos, and besides, even PK says that Team Pecha is one of the few Merchant teams that she can remember off the top of her head. So I guess it makes sense that they'd come to your mind, too!
