Rogues! Yeah! You can learn more about Zara the Spheal here: [link]Important! The sound will go out if sync if you scroll down your window or go to another tab. The animation is very synced to the music, so when watching, don't move or you will ruin your AWESOME TEAM AZURE EXPERIENCE!!
M8! The animation! Yeah!! I lost count of how many hours I spent on this, but trust me it was a LOT of hours.
Art was drawn in SAI to create PNG images. PNG images were assembled in Flash to create SWF files. SWF files were assembled in Adobe Premiere. Then more exporting and Flash was involved but it gets complicated at that point. A tiny bit of After Effects was used too.
Sorry it's not fully animated everywhere but damn, time was limited after all. And I had to decrease the video quality a bit so it would fit dA's size limit.

That was a really cool animation! The song was a really suitable fit, I liked how you animated the characters and included detail in the still section. The use of shadows was also great. Now I get who this Team Azure was that Zara is so hyped up about!

Wow. Very awesome use of a NOX song (I never knew that "Tűztánc" had an English version O.o ). This flash was in many ways, charming and chilling. Not only was the flash beautifully synched to the music, it also effectively captured the moods of the situations portrayed. This thing seriously deserves a Daily Deviation for its impact and execution.
P.S. Whenever I listen to this song, this PMD-E flash is most-likely going to pop into my head.

This is pretty amazing, however it was really sad at the end! Poor wooper (donno his name)! The depth of feeling was intense. This is the perfect example of why I want to make animations of my own! How long did it take you to make this and what program/software did you use?

I absolutely must do that. Could it be assembled in a flash even if I used a different software to make it? More specifically Photoshop? Forgive my ignorance. I've never tried making a flash before.

Yes. You can also draw directly in Flash. It's actually easier, but I prefer to draw in Sai and import my art into Flash.

This has to be one of the best PMD-related videos I've seen.
I fell instantly in love with the Firesong.
And felt sad for Wooper getting traumatized and seeing that Shaymin down D:

I am in awe. This is so beautifully done it got me to tears the first time I've watched it (absolutely randomly) and I've bee rewatching it regularly since (and I got hooked to Firesong because of this).
The art is both cute at times (with the berry) and dark when it needs to be (those fights with only shadows on the red background were properly scary), the animation is well done (although it could be a bit smoother, but that's hard to achieve !), and it syncs with the music perfectly (the fight part gave me shivers in the spine).
This gave me ideas of such animations to do with my own characters, unrelated to Mission8 (but I've dropped the projects since). You have my most humble respect and shy admiration.
