Rogues! Yeah! You can learn more about Zara the Spheal here: [link]Important! The sound will go out if sync if you scroll down your window or go to another tab. The animation is very synced to the music, so when watching, don't move or you will ruin your AWESOME TEAM AZURE EXPERIENCE!!
M8! The animation! Yeah!! I lost count of how many hours I spent on this, but trust me it was a LOT of hours.
Art was drawn in SAI to create PNG images. PNG images were assembled in Flash to create SWF files. SWF files were assembled in Adobe Premiere. Then more exporting and Flash was involved but it gets complicated at that point. A tiny bit of After Effects was used too.
Sorry it's not fully animated everywhere but damn, time was limited after all. And I had to decrease the video quality a bit so it would fit dA's size limit.

Wow hooooly crap, I literally sat here jaw-dropped at how awesome that was. I'll just echo what everyone else has already said; this obviously took a ton of your time but every second seems to have paid off because that was spectacular. Great choice of music, fantastic sync of animation to music, well done overall! :3

WOW! This was just amazing to watch. Mixing the past and present as you was done really well, and the music was really fitting. Even if it isn't fully animated you showed more then enough to get the story to shine and by the end I felt so bad for Upaa!
Also, side note. That cameo was unexpected but thank you for throwing Dusty in there! ^^

The animation is really amazing; I love the part where Zara got stuck in the cave and holy crap, the colors and animation at the end was very effective. It gave me the chills seeing Upaa go through all that.
