The only thing that really looks off is the head, Looks more like a headless body walking while a flying paper pirate hat just happens to be barely holding a wooper head.
I'm not sure how you made this, but if the head was re-aligned to fit the neck better, it'd look great.
Like, the head looks good individually, you look at the head, and it looks like a head of a person that's walking. Though you look at the whole picture and it just looks off.

No problem! Just remember that animation looks best with the more fun you have with it! .... though that doesn't change how tedious and frustrating it can be. XD
