The tutorial is more directed towards children and adults who work with children. This is a great way to get children into the Valentine spirit and occupy them with art.The best part is, most of the supplies can be found around the home!
I remember learning how to make one of these in elementary school and how simple and fun it was. I thought it would be great to share with everyone else who has kids to take care of, or are bored and need something to occupy their time with.
((It worked great with my little brother too!))

Fold it vertically.
And the drawing thing is just there to help you cut a curve. You don't need to draw.. just cut from the corner to the other side.
... I suck at explaining xD
