Kinda reminds me of a mix between the book Where The Mountain meets The Moon by Grace Lin and the movie Spirited Away.

I only read so many chapters, then I had to return it to the library. It's a children's book (I don't know if I mentioned that already). It had a pretty decent plot.

Here's the promised critique, sorry for taking so long ;>.
Browsing through your gallery I can say your style is quite recognizable. Your use of colour seems well concidered; you don't just paint rainbow-vivid dragons, you have good taste in it. Your dragons are calm, majestic and proud. What adds to it is your minimalism, symplicity mostly in backgrounds(in comparison to other dragon artists).
About the dragon's designs, they are quite classical to not say "unoriginal". You're using classical features but with your own style and feeling.
I haven't made any reasearch towards dragon design and anatomy yet but I would recomend studying all sorts of lizards, snakes, dinosaurs and other animals from real life, photos. It's like a stock for ideas. Also with dragons it's that freedom of creating. You don't have to cling to usual look of features, right c:. You can go entirely crazy with dragons, that's what I like about drawing them.
This work is very well executed and I think it will stay good even when you develop your skills some further. When I first looked at it I thought"ehh, there's nothing much to criticize here ^^".
Because of lowered level of the water what happens on the sky comes forth. Maybe that's a pity - so little water, because I see you did well with reflection of the dress. Delicate waves on the water are well in colour but not realistic, just brush smudges.
Again, colours are beautiful, very sea-like. I love the delicate shading and celestial, magical yet simple sky and those sparklies comming from dragon's head. What adds beautifuly to decorative side are spots on dragon's body. At the end of it's tail there are also darker torquoise stripes, pity you haven't painted them along whole body.
Style of the whole is minimalistic so human anatomy doesn't stand out, but you can improve that too. Such details sometimes affects badly the whole image so it's good not to think "it's small/it's in the background/it's not in the main focus so it don't have to be perfect". Every part of the image has to be perfect.
It depends on what you want to achieve in the future. For now your images already look complete as a whole, they look likeΒ they're supposed to be exactly as they are, and that's of course good. You can of course improve depth. Keep working on anatomy and precision of details. Some of your dragons might use some flow, more lightness.
Hope it will help, if you have any questons in the future feel free to ask c:. Good luck.

thank you so much for this feedback! It helps me a lot to see it from a different perspective and you pointed out everything so precisely, itΒ΄s astonishing! Yes my biggest problem is anatomy and IΒ΄m working on that, though I still have a looong way to go Thanks for saying that with the dragons design, now IΒ΄m eager to try out something new! (:
Thanks for the tip with the waves! YouΒ΄re completely right about that every detail counts and now that you point it out, the girls dress is to wide, too.
Thanks again for this long and helpful comment! It was very kind of you to offer critiques, I think one learns the most out of those. ItΒ΄s clearer to me now where I should improve in the future

another beautiful dragon piece. I love the symmetry of the composition, with the moon right in the middle, and the colors work just right (that little touch of red at the bottom) Great work, as always
