Just a little tidbit to show you what my process is like.

This is actually the fourth and final sketch; there were three rough
ones and I combined elements from all of them to make this last one.

I kind of like the shading I did with the unicorns at the top better,
but they were a bit too stylized/unrealistic for my tastes, lol.
Some of the boundary lines changed in the digital version, which
I felt were for the better. And population numbers changed, too.

I like the fact that I drew squiggly lines to indicate a paragraph. XD
