Personality:
Raleigh is nice, cheerful and helpful person with positive attitude. She likes hanging out with friends and making new ones. She's very concious about her monster form, and tries to keep it secret from anyone but possibly her closest friends. She's somewhat okay using partial slime form, but even that she'd rather keep it from people's attention.

Fighting style:
She's pretty resourceful fighter in her human form, using her surroundings to her advantage. She would like to resolve conflicts in peaceful manner first though if at all possible. She might use her powers by changing her arms (or sometimes legs) to hit enemies at distance to give them a shock with her lightning powers. If the enemy is too strong, and she's lacking choises, she might transform further, using her slime form to avoid and absorb physical attacks.

Ability:
She has the ability to change form, either fully or partially, to a jellyfish-like creature, capable of controlling a special kind of lightning. In an incomplete form (Where she is anything else but 100% blue "slime") she can only release this lightning from direct contact from area of herself that has been transformed to slime.
The blue "slime" can stretch, but wont seperate pieces of itself unless cut, or seperated with enough force, which would be painful for her (Though not dangerous unless in very large amounts). She can reattach seperated parts if she can get to contact with it, otherwise the seperated piece wont be in her control. She has Limited amount of slime within her, so if she loses some, but has enough to turn back to human, it takes time for it to regenerate back. If she doesnt have enough slime to return to human form, she'll remain in slime form until she has regenerated enough.
Her transformed parts are immune to physical damage.
Her clothes do not change with her.

She has 3 basic forms (And couple hybrid forms)
Human form: Basic human form.
(Human/slime hybrid: Turns partially to slime form, usually her arms and feet)
(Human/monster hybrid: Turns partially to parts of the monster form, usually her arms)
Slime/half form: Her basic shape in this form is that of a human, but fully blue and transparent, which she can change the shape of herself and increase the amount of slime to about 2 times her human volume, but cannot reduce it below her human form's volume, or she'll be stuck in slime form.
(Slime/monster hybrid: Changes part of herself to parts of the monster form while in slime form for increased offensive powers)
Monster/true/full form: Her true form of a powerful monster made of the blue "slime", in which she's more susceptiple to physical damage than slime form, but can control her lightning powers at maximum potential. Remaining in this form slowly makes her lose control over time, and making her hungry. This also applies to hybrid forms that include monster from's parts, but the time it takes her to lose much control is way longer (Bit shorter for slime form compared to human.), and doesnt result in full control loss like mosnter form would.

About her ability (More in her monster ref to be added)
- She stays in 1 piece in slime/monster form, and cant control parts that are seperated from her, but they can be reabsorbed to her.
- A seperated piece can release one shock of lightning upon contact with something that can be shocked.
- A seperated piece will dry out and turn to blue dust over time (Few hours to a day depending on size)
- If she's wounded or hurt in her human form, she can turn the damaged area to slime/monster form to put the damage on "pause". It drains her stamina a bit, but she wont be affected by the damage while not in human form. When turning back, the damage resumes as it was left (Such as bleeding continues /the pain comes back)
- Her base shape in slime form is her human shape as slime, but she can basically be any shape she wishes in slime form.
- The Slime is stretchy, soft and warm, and hitting someone with it isn't very effective by itself
- Her monster form has parts of concentrated slime, which can actually effectively physically hurt people
- Her monster form is capable of using the special lightning at full potential at greater range, and survive underwater and depths.
- Transforming takes concious effort, so she doesnt transform any part of herself accidentally. This makes it difficult to revert back to human form from her monster form if she's lost control of herself.
- If she has eaten anything before transforming parts where the food is at the time, she'll digest it to nothing in couple of seconds.
- It takes about 2 seconds for any part to turn slime (So she could turn full slime in that time, or just part of her)
- The slime is flammable, and burns with blue / purplish flame. She feels the heat of the fire.
- The slime is excellent at conducting electricity, and she's immune to it if in slime/monster form.
- The slime doesnt freeze, but it gets tougher and slower the colder it gets, but cold is otherwise harmless to Raleigh in slime form
- The slime is well camouflaged in water, and she's able to move quite fast in it and move with more freedom, thus making her lot stronger in water.
- Also, while in water, she can regenerate lost slime at higher rate.
- The slime form drains more stamina than her human form (And full monster form drains it the most), so if she runs out of it or is unconcious, she turns back to human.
- While she can take any shape in slime form, more humanoid shapes are easier for her to control.
- Things like projectiles or people can pass through her without harm. Only seperating pieces of her are painful to her.
