This is my entry for the first round of DA Project Runway which is being run by

This week's challenge was: "create an outfit that you would wear, that expresses who you are, your personality, your hobbies, your loves."

First, let me say I think I gave her man shoulders. My bad! LOL I didn't draw the body >_> it's the base I was given to work on ^_^;

Okay, more about the design:
I love halter tops. I think they are sexy and I can't wait for warm weather! I have a small chest and most of these shirts come with build in bras so it makes getting dressed easier. Also, red is one of my favorite colors to wear. I like when tops have a little frill to them because it lets you dress it up or dress it down.

Plaid skirt. (thanks to =MissyStock for the texture!) I love plaid and I love LOVE LOVE miniskirts. People, I LOVE miniskirts!! CAN YOU HEAR ME?! They are just so much fun to wear. This mini skirt would be made of some kind of semi light weight material that's not too stiff. Sorry I don't know too much about fabric. The little ruffle under the skirt is to hide the bits if the wind blows! Plus, I also like petticoats.

The moon necklace is to show my UBER love for Sailor Moon

Big thick belts. I like them. It would be shiny.

Strapy heels! I'm dressing up my miniskirt and tank top because I like how my legs look in big heels! The toes are hided because I don't like having to paint my toenails and dress shoes with ugly toes just looks silly. I would like them to be at least 3" heels

Over all, I went with a darker color scheme which kind of contrasts the 'summer' feeling of the outfit. I have a very bright personality so even when I'm wearing dark clothing, I don't think I give off a dark feeling.

I don't know anything about clothing design really, so I have no idea how this contest will go for me. But I'm really glad we started with something for ourselves because I know what I like at least
