I'm pretty excited by the new Tyranid codex release possibly this November.This piece pretty much sums up my excitement for some new kick ass Tyranids!

Man I so badly want to take on a swarm lord. I have all these stern guard ready to take it on with this soon to built storm eagle. I think I stand a chance what about you?

Absolutely, the swarm lord is king as long as he is in close combat. However, with a Stern Guard and Storm talon, I would have a Swarm Lord with a Hive guard retinue to be point equivalent. You would shot him to death but close combat he might have the upper claw!

I totally agree with you! Before the current codex I had all monstrous creatures and winged Hive tyrants with eternal warrior! Oh, the good old days
