Description
This is for everybdoy, as I think everybody goes through this. Some people more often. Some people for longer. But everybody goes through it.People self-depricating themselves seems to almost be a weekly thing here. And I don't mean in the funny way.
It kinda hurts to see, and I often I feel I can spend hours typing something out to encourage people... but I can't help but feel it just falls on deaf ears.
So here's something different, and important reminder, one way or another.
Also I wasn't kidding when I said "I've been there". I mean, my anxiety just went through the roof making and uploading this, thinking maybe I come off as "high and mighty" and self indulgent by using my persona in it... So yeah I get people where coming from, but we still have to try and improve.

i dont feel like that with comipo but i defiently feel like that with my "normal" art. i had two brave moments where i uploaded stuff i had drawn but thats it. and i still am ashamed of that. i honestly cant change the way i feel because i read this or similar. but maybe i can if i keep seeing stuff like that and eventually it encourages me or others. changing someones anxiety or depression is almost impossible (or that my negativity). buuuut stuff like this is for sure not not-helping. and i think i read it somewhere like 'its not getting true just like that but maybe it can get true if we keep trying to feel like that". so, anyway, beside my negativity, good work, good message, very considerate and kind and i do agree with that 100%

I understand that a message like this can't fix everything, or maybe not even a whole lot... But I felt it was important to get my thoughts out on the matter, and help a few people if I could.
You shouldn't feel embarresed by anything you create. Everybody has the potential to be amazing, and even if it's not great now, if you keep improving one day you will be an amazing artist. ^^

i didnt want to talk your art or message down there, just making sure i didnt write it
too stupid cause i probably did now that i see it. to my defense, i lacked sleep and
probably was even more pessimistic so my a bit more sleep sentence;
Its good that you did it, it looks good, good message, acctually everything
is awesome there so forget my sleepy negativity >w>
also thanks for your woooords~~

Well saying to oneself that they are worthless is nothing short of a delusional lie and no better than egotistically proclaiming you are the greatest artist in the world. Can you ever be the best. No. Can you ever be perfect. Well there is no such thing as perfect. And if there was it would be really boring.
If you lie to yourself and say you are worthless and will never improve then it is fundamentally true. Its a self fulfilling prophecy. For if you are put off from practicing you won't practice. And without practice you can't improve.
And its the same way around if you're an egomaniac. If you believe you are perfect and the greatest artist in the world why do you need to improve? Both are just as much lies. One should never strive to be as good as someone else. One should only strive to improve themselves. For at the end of the day you and your choices determine your value.

Comments don't also equal love. Sometimes people just don't know what to say, but that doesn't always mean it's bad! But otherwise you just end up saying "good job" on everything, and that's a bit mindless.
I don't know what your real life situation is like, but I know you are a lovely and sweet person. And you are very talents, especially for one so young! No matter what, keep it up, okay?

Oh? And how do you know what its like for her in real life? nothing good could ever come from assumptions of another person's life.
For example I live in a town in the middle of nowhere full of snobs in one corner and drug addicts in the other, The winters in Australia are bitter and the summers burn, poisonous snakes and spiders around every turn and the majority of people would prefer to put you down to raise themselves up.
But I don't care. I love being human, I love being me. They have forsaken the most amazing gift we have. Out brains. They forsake creativity and curiosity. These are the fundamental driving forces that got us this far and to reject them is one of the greatest insults you could throw at our ancestors. We have such great potential. To believe you are worthless is a lie. To believe you are perfect is also a lie. Be you. Only you choose your value and only you can choose how good you want to be. Only you control your fate.

Doesn't even mean that yours isn't perfect. Quite frankly that whole thing is a cliche and there are many in really good situations that have said the same thing. And technically Germany is a first world country so even the most financially unstable people there are still likely better off than the majority of the world.Β
For the record I'm not angry at you with this. Really this is pretty emotionless.
There are still a few decent people around of course. But the vast majority aren't worth my time.
You're welcome.

That's because they believe they can't. At the end of the day if someone doesn't want to change they can't. And a reluctance to change is laziness. A lack of will.

That is true too. Some people end up in situations such as troubling families and other matters. Then again there are many that have been in the same and even worse situations and powered through them with determination until finally finding an exit so are they really trying their best?

depends on the person as I said, you can never truly know the extent of a persons issues

Not only that but you also have to evaluate the person too. Different people vary in terms of personality, intelligence, reasoning and emotional stability and some people are likely to be far more vulnerable than others.

With that said its very important too everyone to avoid allowing their emotions to control them. Emotions are not thought and should never be mistaken for them. To act completely on emotion is basically going on autopilot and by that point I'm not sure you can figuratively even be considered human anymore.

C10artfan In reply to Sean1m [2017-05-18 15:55:50 +0000 UTC]
emotions are a very important part of humanity

Sean1m In reply to C10artfan [2017-05-18 16:28:20 +0000 UTC]
True. But always as a backer to thought. Being completely emotionless like a robot of course is basically very dangerous because you'll only have your goal in mind with no concept of morality. However rolling on emotion as your motivator and you could end up breaking things, harming people, harming yourself, acting impulsively or doing stupid and foolish things and so on. Like everything a balance needs to be struck. You can't have emotion overpower thought but you also must never abandon empathy.

Sean1m In reply to C10artfan [2017-05-19 16:50:12 +0000 UTC]
It basically makes your cells swell and explode. The problem with animal cells is that unlike other organisms like plants and fungi our cells have no cell wall (basically a structural exoskeleton for cells). So they break easily.

Sean1m In reply to C10artfan [2017-05-20 06:19:32 +0000 UTC]
At first glance any cell can look similar. However there are always distinct differences. For example the cell wall of a plant cell is made ofΒ cellulose while the cell walls of fungi are made of chitin like the exoskeleton of an insect.
