Somewhere in a world where blue boxes are blue boxes and no larger on the inside than the out, where aliens only live in books and spaceships are a thing of legend, Rose Tyler, a shop girl and a doctor in a brown pinstriped suit and converses meet unexpectedly on a subway train.

I remember being on a subway train once on the way to school where a man and a women fell asleep and unintentionally ended up in that position. I was all "awwww", even though they didn't even know each other. They apologized to each other on the way out though.

I also love this Korean drama called Lovers in Paris (Or Romance in Paris). It's really awfully cute and if you get the time, you should go look it up on youtube. I usually hate Korean Dramas, but this one just oozes cuteness. The ending is a little confusing though, but I think I get the gist of it..

The girl asks the guy "Do you think we would be here now even if we hadn't met that day?" and then everything changes. I think they're like alternate realities where they didn't meet that day. But eventually they do meet, even if it wasn't in Paris.

I'm just applying that here. If Rose and the Doctor hadn't met, would they have ended up together anyway?

But maybe I should have said "in the world of shoddily sketched backgrounds..."

Bah legs. Horrible legs. please cut them off and imagine fantastically drawn legs for your viewing pleasure.
