Computer colored and hand drawn. I changed his outfit just a bit hopefully thats not a problem. This was colored using a crappy paint program as in the one in the accessories menu yet it turned out ok.

Nothing is known about this young otter's past but his present is and future seem just as uncertain. Lightning Surf was recruited by a enigmatic force to become a guardian and ambassador between the land and oceans of the world. He can't remember who he really was but id does not seem to matter in the grand scheme of things. He simply woke up with the ability to breath underwater, underwater flight, electric generation, super strength, extreme pressure and temperature resistance.
