Love the poses on both your characters. Almost makes you want to know what exactly is going through the mind of the one on the canvas.
"Hmm, do I 'realllllly' want to get back up?"
"What just hit me?"
"Ack, the lights in my eyes!"
"I salute you!"
And have to say this sort of picture, in my opinion is best kept in black and white.

Smashing composition and shading on the characters. The whole thing is really moody and atmospheric, and the fact that the roo's facial features are cloaked in shadow makes him look particularly menacing. Neat!

This has a great composition with the position of your boxers, the lighting and shadows, and the pose of the fallen one looks difficult to pull off...but you've really done it.
