I think it needs to introduction, as this is the status screen, keeping up with the character progress and upgrade all the skills and abilities, which of course by XP points that are found it across the levels and also gets gained after every battle.
Also the ranking stars are pretty much the tier, with more stars the more powerful the character can be.

Hopefully this was a nice way to showcase it, but there's plenty on the way so keep your eyes open
