It's finally done
This took over a month, but I really didn't have the time to do this every day...I think Arbiter and Chief are just awesome, and I love the pose
That's why I just wanted to draw this. And I had to photograph it, because the scanner totally ruined the pic...ps. damn that you can't put an exclamation mark on the title

Oh, wow, thank you! Well, first I did the fine lines for this, then I just started to make the shadows, starting from Arb's head
