If only.
Merlin is a bran owl, Tyto Alba, rather than a Snowy owl, Strix Scandinavius or something like that, like Hedwig. A female snowy is usually about the size of Angel, our runt of an eagle owl who is still about 9 pound in weight. Part of me is very glad Merlin isn't a Snowy. He's grumpy all the time anyway, we don't need a terrible twos time with him too.
