Had the outlines of this in my sketchbook forever. Decided to scan the messy sketch and 'digitalize' it up :'DĀSleepy Digimon are so cute ;
.. Also .. Since I tend to struggle with eyes *cough* way less stressful for me ^^'Still not quite happy about the light situation. Have to practice shadows.

Wow that is one adorable Palmon you got there Sari and really happy to still be seeing more of her around the DA as of late.Ā Even how well you actually set this up as sort of nighttime image with her asleep and the light being cast down upon her, well played.
Even then I really like how natural of pose you got her in and really taking up the whole picture in a good way.Ā Along with that, pretty slick perspective work with her arms up front, head rested upon them and even the simple swish of her tail in back.Ā Looks like a normal sleeping pose but you get the bonus of a giant flower to nicely scent the room, lol.
Neat too seeing the awesome way you cast the light down upon her and make this sort of glow happen in the air.Ā Feels kinda magical in some regards which really works for someone like Palmon.Ā That and just amazing too how well you handle the shading or shadows.Ā Nothing too major of heavy but enough to make you note her features that are closer to the light and show the darkness in the rest of the room.
That and love the more softer colors you went with, smart choice.Ā Anything too bright would draw her away from that light source shining on her and again this helps make the picture feel so damn magical.Ā Honestly just adore a work of art as well made as this.Ā Hats off to you Sari and keep drawing, please. *nods*
