This is possibly the first entirely personal piece I have ever uploaded! This is a Christmas gift for my grandmother, of her dog, Finbar. He's 8 years old this year, and he was my very first show dog. He had his "last" show this october, and I wanted to do something special for her. This took me WAY out of my comfort zone, but she's always nagging me to do more realistic stuff, so... Only fair, haha.10 damn hours later, this happened. Definately need to improve, but it's a start!

I know you can do realism; a lot of people who more-so do a cartoon-esque thing get nagged for not being able to do "realistic" stuff... when the truth is, a lot of them CAN.

It is kind of aggravating, haha. Like, I know I can do realism to an extent, but because I mainly do stylized work people- especially old people, it seems- think thats all I can do. I hope this proves them wrong!
