The first part of how I want to die is a counterpart of.... I don't wanna explode. For the fruit: I think fire is a pretty useful power in many situation. Keeping you warm, creates light, can scare off wild animals whom just wanna eat ya for no reason at all. Also if there was a heavy rain, leaving large puddles, you just use your fire powers as a flamethrower mode to dry up the concrete around you. Or after a long snowing during winter. Tons of snow, would take the whole day to clean the driveway, car is also frozen. Ignite fire power, then melt all the snow in the way. Then carefully heat up the car. Or when you want to weld something, but no proper tools? Fire power!
These are the everyday uses I can think of. Second use is go make a fireproof costume, put it on and be a superhero who protects and saves lives. Just try not to burn down the whole city. O.o

Nice, so literally my body becomes intangible, pure fire. You know, it's kinda funny. I kinda recall that during my childhood, a few kids were assumed silly and fools, because based upon cartoons, then wanted superpowers. And nowadays, there is literally noone that isn't having superhero or villian OC or accepting superpowers as incredibly awesome. Except a handful of older adults that are older than us with 20 or 30 years/ way more, aka grandparents aged adults.
