My drawing of Tkaa for the collaboration at #Tamora-Pierce-Fans ! Tkaa is a basilisk, a type of Immortal, and he's pretty much the coolest. I love that he helps teach the pages by the time Kel goes for her training! Oh yeah, and he's holding a rock since he eats them.XDTkaa/Tortall © Tamora Pierce

Really cool! I guess I imagined his head and body in more of a bearded dragon way/build, or maybe a bit more like a dragon, but your interpretation is awesome! His head really reminds me of an anole.

Thank you! I hadn't thought of a bearded dragon look, but now that you mention it, it would be really neat! I always just sort of thought he was sleek, so the lizard I used as a reference was all smooth and long.XD
