Realism is hard..but its well worth it once you get the hang of it
The only thing I would say that looks off in this would be the nose It looks to pointy to be a nose of a realism drawing (but then again there are always stylistic elements to play around with when it comes to realism/semi-realism...and who the hell am I to judge :V I have problems with realism too orz;.)...but the rest is good progress

The nose looks a little bit funny here, but just the same I really, really like this. The hair and lines at the lids of the eyes give the drawing some weight, and I like the glare past the face.
