Um, I have one question... YOu know how you can still see where the hair is through the color? (The Lineart) Well how do you do that? I'm getting frustriaghted trying to figure it out... Oh and I can't find where the Burn and Smudge tool is. *I am a complete idiot but I just got Photoshop CS3 or CS2 and I can't figure it out....*

I don't get your first question. But I'll try to explain. I did this lineart in photoshop on a blank layer. I put the color underneath that layer. If you scan a lineart, then all you have to do is the same, just set the Lineart layer's blending option to Multiply. All color should be underneath the lineart.
As for the burn and smudge. The burn is in the same button as dogde, you'll have to hold it down a second or two for a short menu to appear. Same goes for the smudge tool, it's in the same as Blur

I don't know. I use the pencil tool in sketchbook pro 2 and then save the file as a *.psd to finish it on ps.
I use the pencil tool or brush tool OR line tool in ps when I feel lazy.
It doesn't really matter what I use. Please, at least TRY the program first. I never asked anyone, I never read tutorials, I just learned on my own.
