Art piece for my 100 Theme Challenge.Number 082: Kinou - Yesterday

Do you remember yesterday?
Where did it go?
They weren't born with their elemental powers, they received them later on, and this is how they looked before they got infused with the elemental powers ^^
As always I fail at age accuracy, the only one who looks remotely like the age I aimed for is Saruke. Saruke is 13, Fear is 11 and Corp is 10. Corp I totally failed at age acurracy, but I'm gon'a blame that on the Shiilva Cat's genetics xD They're a robust and fast developing species |D
Fear is the one that looks the most different. He used to be a redhead just like his little sister |D got that from dad. Saruke's hair color is brown and she didn't have any black markings before the powers and Corp is the least different, he's only missing the blue tips to his hair and the darker blue markings.
The armbands Saruke and Corp are wearing are marked with their tribe's symbole. Fear's tribe doesn't have a band, they instead, wear a piece of jewelry made of gold with green jewel stones, most often it's a bracelet or necklace.

Ahh! Saruke looks so much different before she gets her ice powers. She's so pretty <3 I love the clothing that you've given her! Fear looks a lot different as well. His hair isn't as.. I can't describe it.. messy or curly as gets later on? XD I fail at describing it.. but it looks cute here. I can't draw accurate ages either.. :c I think you do it better than I do though n.n Cop looks adorable too. I love how he's staring up. He looks like he's in deep thought. My favorite thing about this whole picture is that you've added leaves, sakura pedals and snowflakes. <3 Is their any reason you did? it looks lovely and makes me think of seasons. Very neat idea. I'm really starting to like your WW3 characters. I really like them all really..>3> I have a thing for Fear though

hehe thank you, this was a really fun one to draw, I've always wanted to draw them pre-powers. I think Fear's hair isn't so messy because it's so much longer when he's younger. As for the backgrounds, they're base on their countries. Saruke is from China / Japan, there of the sakura petals. Fear is from south-west asia, it's a plain land so I went with leaves for him and Corp is from Russia, so snowy land |D

Oh my god, Fear <3 *hugs him* He's such a cutie as a red head. I like the poses you chose for them~ X3
The age accuracy isn't too bad, Fear just looks a bit older because of his hair. I'm used to seeing guys that are about 14 with their hair like that.

xD When I'm speaking of age accuracy I'm not talking about the way they wear their hair or clothes |D it's their body size. What I fail is the size of their eyes and shape of their faces. Children have big eyes and round faces *fail*

So cute ^^. I love them. I think I like Fear the best, just for the fact that he looks so different from his later design. I also like how the backgrounds are simple, and not distracting.
