Yey, one down 2 (or 5) to go xDAnyways, this is one of the six legendary elemental gods that exsist within the WW3 story. From the beginning I only planned on drawing only the three that acutally appear (Uranus, Mars and Jupiter) but it was so fun designing them I want to do the last three as well |D
The elemental gods are able to shapeshift across different species, they take the same form as the individual they grant their power too (that's why Uranus looks sort of like Saruke). They do not change gender so Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter will always be female, just like Mars, Neptune and Venus will always be male.
Uranus - Goddess of Ice
Uranus is the goddess of ICE. She is represented by the Blue Sapphire jewel. Her elemental's weapon takes shape as two machetes.
The Element
Ice is one of the two elements that are most difficult to master and control. Ice is also a combination element, based on Wind and Water. It's both an offensive and defensive element, you can build walls out of the ice for protection as well as create icicles and block of ice to attack the enemy with. The ice element is weak to the element of lightning. As an elemental you get granted three special abilities, Frost Coat, Blizzard and Icy Eruption.
Sketched on paper, colored and inked in sai. Fixed up in photoshop, bg is a photo I've taken myself, the snow brushes are probably from someone here on dA. Enjoy now <3

I love her colours and all those designs on her especially that they are glowy. The colours of her hair look really nice, you did a good combination! Also the outfit, even if it's simple, it looks so pretty and I just adore how you did it!

hehe thank you, not much to tutorial for though |D I flat colored with the blue and white on one layer. Made a new one above and clipped it to the flats. Shaded with a semi blue-grey color, then I added another layer which I also clipped and did some highlights, with white I think I set that one to overlay or something.
