a noob question plz
as i know models that u wanna rig should be made of squares
but iv seen many times people make models totally with triangles faces ? like this 1 ?
so why is that or what is the difference ?

Almost all game engines require tris over quads. No extra processing step = faster real-time render. However quads in most cases are easier to deal with and easier to animate. Quads also makes it easier to clean the topology and correct your errors.

Yo dude, glad u likes it
Hmm im not too sure abt lightwave, but normally we can grab the uv map from UV window>olygon>UV snapshot (maya) or apply Unwrap UVW>Edit>Tools>Render UVW templete (Max)....if u still cant get the clue, then jus hit the "print screen" button in the upper right corner of ur keyboard when u got the uv window on and paste the captured picture into photoshop. Hope it helps
cheers
