I really love this, her anatomy is quite perfect, and the pose is really original and graceful. I like the way you shade the costume too.
Just one thing, I feel that Rukia's left leg , esp the feet postion is a bit weird.

Isn't the left feet "in front" of her, so we don't see it ? It think it is the shadow that makes this effect
