Quite awesome and well... epic! I didn't realize that was movie Prime in your style until I opened the picture.
I have a little nitpick though, Megatron's face. I think it should be more intense and evil smile-y. His serious look fits more Armada Megatron than movie as Armada's had a sense of honour and respect for his enemies, unlike most other Megatrons and especially not like movie Megatron's. I understand you did that because in the original pic, that's how Megatron's face is like, but the only reason that expression works on movie Megatron's face is because that's how is face is. Your/Armada's style is much more flexible with it's expression so I think you could make Megatron's expression more sinister.
Otherwise, I REALLY dig what you've done with Prime. It's a very nice balance between the movie's design and a more conventional cartoony Prime design. Thumbs up!

It happens sometimes, people have different things they like or find impressive. I find this happens a lot at my classes. I go to an art college, and classes usually consist of one project per week. Sometimes the part that I work the hardest on is the part that my instructors ignore completely, and some half-assed last minute addition is the thing that they love. In this case, I find Prime really awesome and am inspired to draw movie Prime in a similar fashion.
*about Megatron*
Yeah, you don't usually smile during a death-match, and movie Megatron doesn't smile much either. However, consider how he views Optimus. He thinks Optimus belongs in the scrap heap. He believes he's superior in all ways and has no respect for him. Megatron would love nothing more than to brutally murder his "brother". He's serious in all situations unless they involve people he really despises (Optimus Prime and Sam for the most part), in which he gains pleasure from their pain. Those rare moments are when he smiles. You do not want to be on Megatron's kill-list when he smiles.
That's how I view his character anyway, from watching the movies. I've never read the movie-based comics so I don't know how he acts in those.

In most scenes hes kinda pissed off cuz Starcsream, Optimus and the others nerves him for life xD
